Gordy EyeCare Eye Health Tip: Is It Important To Take Vitamins?
Everyone should know that vitamins are critical to your eyes' health. Making sure you're eating a balanced diet and intaking the necessary vitamins through food, but the question if taking a multivitamin as a supplement has been brought to the forefront.
The Cleveland Clinic recently published an article talking about multivitamins as it pertains to your eye health. They said that there is no need to take a vitamin as all the vitamins your eyes need can be obtained through a balanced diet. There is only one case where a multivitamin can be beneficial, those with age-related macular degeneration.
