How To Battle Digital Eye Strain
Odds are, most of us have been battling digital eye strain and we don't even know it. According to a recent report by The Vision Council, 65% of Americans experience digital eye strain
symptoms like dry eye, irritated eyes, blurred vision, eye fatigue, neck and back pain and headaches from staring at electronic screens for prolonged periods of time.

This is a relatively new development as advancements in technology have allowed us to spend 10-12 hours a day staring at smartphones, tablets, laptops and more. Even viewing multiple screens at one time.
A good step to follow is the 20-20-20 rule. If you look at a screen up close for 20 minutes, stop and take a 20 second break and look at something more than 20 feet away to alow your eyes to rest and refocus.
